Charity Garden Opening in aid of Childrens' Hospice

On Saturday July 11th, Jacob Rees-Mogg, Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for North East Somerset, himself a member of Midsomer Norton Rotary Club, attended a Charity Garden Opening in aid of The Childrens’ Hospice South West organised by Chelwood Bridge Rotary Club at Camerton Court by kind permission of Mr & Mrs Ken Biggs.

Seen in the picture with his wife Helena and son Peter, 21 months, Jacob said:
“The Childrens’ Hospice South West provides loving care and attention to some very disadvantaged children in our area. Rotary clubs support a wide variety of worthy causes, and I am pleased to support a neighbouring club in their efforts this afternoon. Ken and Ivy Biggs have generously opened their gardens today and on Sunday to help this cause. The gardens are quite magnificent, and clearly show many thousands of hours of careful attention and hard work”
