Exciting News for Keynsham Town Centre

Jacob Rees-Mogg, Parliamentary candidate for North East Somerset welcomes the news that the Town Hall will be re-developed. He said, “The decision to continue with plans to redevelop Keynsham’s out-dated Town Hall site will be extremely welcome news to residents in Keynsham. The commitment shown by the Conservative Cabinet on B&NES Council to regenerating Keynsham town centre will prove a boost to the area just when it is most needed.

“The site is overdue for redevelopment and it will be exciting to see more details of the plans as they emerge in the coming year. My hope would be to see a more attractive public space and improved local facilities.

“I also welcome the news that Conservative Councillors are maintaining their commitment to a Council office presence at The Hollies in Midsomer Norton, which is very important to residents of the town.”
